Recclaim Software Solutions was started in 2007 in response to the growing interest in and demand for lowering costs and processing time of subrogation recovery checks.

Our management team has served in a variety of roles: business development, insurance recoveries, software design, city management, banking, and marketing. Our team has the experience and dedication needed to ensure Recclaim Software Solutions meets the payment processing needs of people like you during every stage of your business.

Recclaim Software solutions offers more than just a Remote Deposit Capture solution.  Our management staff has forecasted and developed an application that applies document management to the life cycle of a company’s payment processing flow.

Founder and CEO, Kevin May was approached by insurance industry executives and challenged with being able to develop solutions that would address two specific issues: 1) lower the costs, and the time it took, to process an incoming subrogation recovery check that’s been received, and 2) establish metrics for evaluating the performance of a subrogation recovery specialist.
